The editor conducts a pre-review of all manuscripts and, if deemed suitable, they are then sent for blind peer review. Submissions must be authentic, without prior or concurrent publication elsewhere, and undergo thorough evaluation before to publication. Manuscripts submitted to the Journal Papers undergo a peer review process. They are first examined based on the reviewing flow diagram and then assessed by a technical reviewer. Each Journal manuscript must include a minimum of three refereed reviews pertaining to the subject.
